季德胜蛇药片治疗毒虫、毒蛇咬伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究季德胜蛇药片治疗毒虫、毒蛇咬伤的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年12月遵义市第一人民医院收治的120例毒虫、毒蛇咬伤患者作为研究对象,依据计算机表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,各60例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用季德胜蛇药片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛及肿胀消失时间、伤口位置肿胀最大直径、不良反应情况。结果:试验组患者疼痛、肿胀消失时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。试验组患者治疗3d、7d后伤口位置肿胀最大直径显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.558)。结论:毒虫、毒蛇咬伤患者采用季德胜蛇药片治疗,可快速缓解疼痛、肿胀症状,具有显著疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jidesheng snake tablets in treating the bite of poisonous insects and poisonous snakes.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients bitten by poisonous insects and poisonous snakes treated in Zunyi First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Jidesheng snake tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time for pain and swelling to disappear,maximum diameter of swelling at wound location and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of pain and swelling in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);the maximum swelling diameter of wound site in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.558).Conclusion:Patients bitten by poisonous insects and poisonous snakes are treated with Jidesheng snake tablets,which can quickly relieve pain and swelling symptoms and has a significant effect.
