枳实半夏瓜蒌汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究枳实半夏瓜蒌汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月毕节市中医医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者212例,根据随机数字表法分为常规组及中药组,各106例。常规组给予常规治疗,中药组在常规组治疗基础上加用枳实半夏瓜蒌汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血流动力学指标及不良反应情况。结果:中药组治疗总有效率为92.45%(98/106),高于常规组的82.08%(87/106),差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分低于治疗前,且中药组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血流动力学指标低于治疗前,且中药组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在疾病治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:枳实半夏瓜蒌汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者效果显著,可明显改善临床症状、血流动力学指标,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhishi Banxia Gualou Decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of two hundred and twelve patients with angina pectoris of CHD treated in Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group according to random number table method,with one hundred and six cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhishi Pinxia Gualou Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,hemodynamic index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 92.45%(98/106),which was higher than that of conventional group 82.08%(87/106),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of the disease in both groups.Conclusion:Zhishi Banxia Gualou Decoction is effective in treating patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can obviously improveclinical symptoms and hemodynamic indexes,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
