人文关怀护理干预肺结核合并咯血患者的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究肺结核合并咯血患者实施人文关怀护理的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月六盘水市第三人民医院收治的肺结核合并咯血患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各38例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者采用人文关怀护理。比较两组患者焦虑评分,生活质量评分,护理依从性,临床指标(住院期间平均咯血量、咯血消失时间、出院时间)。结果:干预后,试验组患者焦虑评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院期间平均咯血量少于对照组,咯血消失时间、出院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理应用于肺结核合并咯血患者中,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善生活质量及临床指标,提升护理依从性,促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the application value of humanistic nursing for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients with tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis admitted to Liupanshui Third People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with thirty-eight cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in experimental group received humanistic nursing.The anxiety score,quality of life score,nursing compliance and clinical indicators(mean amount of hemoptysis during hospitalization,time of hemoptysis disappearance and discharge time)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the nursing compliance of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average amount of hemoptysis during hospitalization in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the disappearance time of hemoptysis and discharge time were shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying humanistic nursing to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis can alleviate patients'anxiety,improve patients'quality of life and clinical indicators,enhance nursing compliance,and promote patients'rehabilitation.
