中西医结合护理对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的回顾性临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年糖尿病合并高血压患者应用中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的老年糖尿病合并高血压患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,各45例。常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用中西医结合护理干预。比较两组血压水平、血糖水平、生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分。结果:干预前,两组收缩压、舒张压、血糖水平、生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均降低,研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组躯体功能、精神健康、社会功能、总体健康、饮食管理、运动管理、生活管理、用药管理评分均升高,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年糖尿病合并高血压患者采用中西医结合护理,可以提升患者舒适度以及自我管理能力,降低患者血糖水平与血压水平,改善患者心理健康状况与生活质量,临床应用效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the application of combined Chinese and Western medicine care in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension.Methods:Ninety cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension admitted to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,each with forty-five cases.The conventional group used conventional nursing intervention,and the study group used combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention.Blood pressure level,blood glucose level,quality of life score,and self-management ability score were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose level,quality of life score,and self-management ability score of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin of the two groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of somatic function,mental health,social function,general health,dietary management,exercise management,life management,and medication management were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of combined Chinese and Western medicine care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension can improve the patients'comfort and self-management ability,reduce the patients'blood glucose level and blood pressure level,and improve the patients'psychological health and quality of life,and the effect of clinical application is remarkable.
