摘　　要：目的:探讨硅胶防水鞋套在糖尿病足部溃疡患者沐浴时的应用价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年4月广东省茂名市人民医院收治的糖尿病足部溃疡患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规套保鲜膜沐浴,观察组给予硅胶防水鞋套沐浴。比较两组沐浴时足部敷料的湿透率、敷料脱落频率、因沐浴增加换药次数、平均住院时间、护理满意度、创面愈合程度。结果:观察组足部敷料的湿透率、敷料脱落频率、因沐浴增加换药次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院花费金额低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度、创面愈合程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病足部溃疡患者沐浴时应用硅胶防水鞋套具有重要的意义,能够为溃疡部位提供保护、保持创面清洁、减轻患者痛苦和促进创面愈合。Objective:To investigate the application value of silicone waterproof shoe covers in diabetic foot ulcer patients during bathing.Methods:One hundred patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted to Guangdong Maoming People's Hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with fifty cases.The control group was given conventional sets of cling film for bathing,and the observation group was given silicone waterproof shoe covers for bathing.Comparison of the two groups bathing foot dressing wetting rate,frequency of dressing off,increase in the number of dressing changes due to bathing,the average length of hospitalization,nursing satisfaction,the degree of wound healing.Results:The wetting rate of foot dressing,the frequency of dressing dislodgement,and the number of dressing changes due to bathing were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of hospitalization expenditure was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction and the degree of traumatic wound healing of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of silicone waterproof shoe covers in the bathing of patients with diabetic foot ulcers is of great significance,which can provide protection for the ulcerated area,keep the wounds clean,reduce the pain of the patients,and promote the healing of the wounds.
