小青龙汤与穴位敷贴对儿童过敏性咳嗽患儿症状康复与血清学指标水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小青龙汤配合穴位敷贴治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的效果。方法100例小儿过敏性咳嗽患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠配合特布他林治疗,观察组给予小青龙汤配合穴位敷贴治疗,比较两组的临床症状改善情况、血清学指标和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的咳嗽、咳痰、喉咙红肿症状评分,IgE、CRP、EOS水平,以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤配合穴位敷贴治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽患儿的临床效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint sticking application in the treatment of allergic cough in children.Methods 100 children with allergic cough were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint sticking application.The clinical symptom improvement,serological indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of cough,sputum,throat redness and swelling symptoms,the levels of Ig E,CRP and EOS,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint sticking application in the treatment of children with allergic cough has significant clinical effect.
