基于互联网平台的延续性护理在肾病综合征患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网平台的延续性护理在肾病综合征患者中的应用效果。方法82例肾病综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于互联网平台的延续性护理,比较两组的依从性、生活质量、复发率以及护理满意度。结果观察组的总依从率、护理后的SF-36评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的延续性护理可提升肾病综合征患者的依从性,改善患者的生活质量,提升患者的护理满意度,降低疾病复发风险。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on Internet platform in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 82 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on Internet platform.The compliance,quality of life,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate,SF-36 score after nursing and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on Internet platform can improve the compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of patients,and reduce the recurrence risk of disease.
