基于引文内容的科学数据集学术影响力评价模式探析——以中国综合社会调查数据为例

摘　　要：开放科学环境下,对科学数据的学术影响力进行客观评价有利于科学数据提供者了解科学数据的被引用情况,提高科研人员的创新活力,正向推动科学数据的发展和开放。文章以中国综合社会调查数据为例,基于引文内容,将引文引用行为进行深度标引和揭示,筛选出利用科学数据进行分析研究并产出成果的引文,通过分析该引文集合的产出情况、学科分布等规律来评价该数据的学术影响力情况。In the open science environment,objective evaluation of the academic influence of scientific data is beneficial for scientific data providers to understand the citation of scientific data,improve the innovation vitality of researchers,and positively promote the development and openness of scientific data.The article takes CGSS data as an example,based on the content of citations,deeply indexes and reveals the citation behavior,selects citations that use scientific data for analysis and research,and produces results.By analyzing the output situation and disciplinary distribution of the citation set,the academic influence of the data is evaluated.
