摘　　要：传统文件式国土空间规划方案在展示上存在不直观、缺少交互性及空间立体位置关系。针对该问题,文章将实景三维技术应用于国土空间规划,围绕乡镇级国土空间规划展示的重点内容,从数据处理、服务发布及功能研发等方面,开展系统的设计与研究。基于Cesium渲染引擎,构建了乡镇级国土空间规划三维展示系统,并开展了实地应用,验证了系统可行性和展示效果,可为实景三维技术在国土空间规划中的应用提供参考。The project of traditional spatial planning lacks intuitiveness,interactivity,and spatial positional relationships in its display.In response to this issue,this article applies technology of 3D real scene to land spatial planning.Focusing on the important contents displayed in land spatial planning of township-level,the system design and research are carried out from the aspects of data processing,service publication,and functional research and development.Based on the rendering engine of Cesium,a three-dimensional display system for township-level land spatial planning was constructed and applied in the field,verifying the feasibility and display effect of the system.Achievements can provide reference for the application of 3D real scene in land spatial planning.
