摘　　要：专利作为创新成果的结晶,是加快形成新质生产力的关键要素。而专利信息服务贯穿专利创造过程的始终,是专利产出数量与质量的基础和保障。因此,探究如何发挥高校图书馆专利信息服务的最大贡献力,对科技创新活动的开展意义重大。文章梳理了当前国内高校图书馆的专利信息服务现状,针对存在的共性问题,从合理定位服务范围,整合专利数据资源,完善服务人才梯队,推进专利信息传播与利用,纵深拓展服务边界等方面,论述了高校图书馆专利信息服务能力提升的实施路径,以促进高校图书馆专利信息服务工作走深走实,更好地满足科技创新需求。As the crystallization of innovation achievements,patent is the key factor to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity forces.Patent information service runs through the whole process of patent creation,which is the basis and guarantee of the quantity and quality of patent output.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to maximize the contribution of patent information service in university libraries to the development of scientific and technological innovation activities.This paper combs the current situation of patent information service in domestic university libraries,and for the common problems,it discusses the implementation path of improving the patent information service ability of university libraries from the aspects of reasonably positioning the service scope,integrating patent data resources,improving the service talent echelon,promoting the dissemination and utilization of patent information,and expanding the service boundary in depth,so as to promote the patent information service work of university libraries to deepen and better meet the needs of scientific and technological innovation.
