摘　　要：为推动公立医院知识产权管理机制的创新,确保创新成果化工作的高质量和可持续发展,文章借助典型案例分析法、关联对照法,对公立医院的知识产权管理问题进行了深入探讨,总结出了知识产权管理助力创新成果转化中普遍存在的问题,并对问题成因进行了分析,进而提出了有效的解决方案。为了更好地推动公立医院的科技创新和转化,文章认为公立医院应该建立一套有效的经济管理机制,鼓励员工积极参与,并不断提高知识产权管理力度与转化工作的质量和效率,才能在保证医院、团队和其他员工利益的前提下,实现公立医院长远的发展目标。In order to promote the innovation of intellectual property management mechanisms in public hospitals and ensure the high-quality and sustainable development of innovative achievements,this article uses typical case analysis and correlation control methods to deeply explore the intellectual property management issues in public hospitals.It summarizes the common problems in intellectual property management helping to transform innovative achievements,analyzes the causes of these problems,and proposes effective solutions.In order to better promote technological innovation and transformation in public hospitals,the article believes that public hospitals should establish an effective economic management mechanism,encourage employees to actively participate,and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of intellectual property management and transformation work,in order to achieve the long-term development goals of public hospitals while ensuring the interests of hospitals,teams,and other employees.
