摘　　要：中文科技期刊近年来蓬勃发展,影响力与日俱增,而期刊内容质量是期刊影响力的根本保证。目前,多数期刊的论文评价标准较为单一,无法适应期刊不同类型论文评价的需求,因此,建立一套完善的论文分类评价标准至关重要。文章通过对国际出版机构评价体系的调研,结合刊物实际,建立了适用于中文科技期刊的评价标准,提出了综合评价、分类评价和审稿意见撰写3个方面的标准,给不同类型的论文差异化评判,能够更好地筛选高质量稿件,从而提升中文科技期刊的影响力。In recent years,Chinese scientific and technological journals have flourished and their influence has been increasing day by day,and the quality of journal content is the fundamental guarantee of journal influence.At present,the evaluation criteria for papers in most journals are relatively single and cannot meet the needs of evaluating different types of papers in journals.Therefore,it is crucial to establish a comprehensive set of paper classification and evaluation standards.This article conducts research on the evaluation system of international publishing institutions,and based on the actual situation of the publication,establishes evaluation standards suitable for Chinese scientific and technological journals.It proposes three aspects of standards:comprehensive evaluation,classification evaluation,and review opinion writing,providing differentiated evaluation for different types of papers,in order to better screen high-quality manuscripts and enhance the influence of Chinese scientific and technological journals.
