地方高校图书馆学科服务创新路径探究——以广西科技大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：提高图书馆学科服务工作质量,推动和促进提升高校教学和科研水平具有重要的作用。文章从地方高校图书馆学科服务工作存在的主要问题入手,提出从树立师生需求为本理念,利用现代科技手段,建立馆院联动机制,加强学科馆员队伍建设、文献资源建设及创新服务模式等有效路径,提高学科服务质量。创新学科服务路径,提升学科服务工作效率,为实现地方高校内涵式发展目标提供优质的服务。Improving the quality of library discipline service work,promoting and facilitating the enhancement of university teaching and research level has an important role.This paper starts from the main problems existing in the disciplinary service work of local university libraries and proposes effective paths to improve the quality of disciplinary service from the concept of establishing the needs of teachers and students as the basis,utilizing modern technological means,establishing a joint mechanism between libraries and colleges,strengthening the construction of disciplinary librarians,building documentary resources and innovating service modes.Innovative disciplinary service path,improve the efficiency of disciplinary service work,and provide quality services to achieve the goal of internal development of local universities.
