摘 要:从生成缘起来看,邓小平以战略观建构中国式的现代化有其必要性与条件性。其必要性在于社会主义事业与中国式的现代化的内在特征提出战略建构的现实要求,其条件性分为邓小平作为伟大领袖具备卓越战略观的主体条件与社会主义中国集中统一的社会政治架构提供的制度条件;从内在功能来看,邓小平战略观在建构中国式的现代化的时空场景中显示出其所具有的道路选择与举旗定向、步骤设定与动力供给、组织引领与制度保障、方法创新与能力培育、隐患预判与发展聚焦、世势把控与内外调适等多样化功能;从历史贡献来看,邓小平恢宏战略观创造性发展了马克思主义战略理论,有力推进了马克思主义战略思想中国化时代化,并以这一思维理论的创新贡献引领了其战略观为中国现代化事业作出的三维实践贡献。From the perspective of origin,it is necessary and conditional for Deng Xiaoping to construct China's modernization from a strategic view.Its necessity lies in the fact that the inherent characteristics of the socialist cause and China's modernization put forward realistic requirements for strategic construction.Its conditionality is divided into the subjectivity condition that Deng Xiaoping,as a great leader,has excellent strategic view and the institutional condition of the centralized and unified social and political framework of socialist China.From the perspective of function,Deng Xiaoping's strategic view shows its diversified functions in the spacetime scene of building China's modernization,such as road selection and flag raising orientation,step setting and power supply,organizational guidance and system guarantee,method innovation and ability cultivation,hidden danger prediction and development focus,world situation control and internal and external adjustment.From the perspective of historical contribution,Deng Xiaoping's strategic view creatively develops Marxist strategic theory,vigorously promotes Marxist strategic thought adapting to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,and makes triple practical contributions to the modernization cause for China.
