摘 要:水滑石(LDH)负载Lewis酸催化剂作为一种绿色高效环境友好的新型负载催化剂,可极大提升Knoevenagel缩合反应的反应速率、缩短反应时间并减少后处理步骤。水滑石是一类具有天然层状结构的阴离子型主客体层状结构化合物,具有酸碱性、层板上离子可交换性等特点,是Lewis酸的良好载体,可负载不同的Lewis酸制备负载催化剂催化Knoevenagel缩合反应。实验结果表明,以水滑石负载氯化铝(LDH/AlCl_(3))为催化剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,苯甲醛与巴比妥酸的物质的量之比为1∶1时,在75℃条件下反应30 min合成5-亚苄基巴比妥酸的产率可达98.3%。LDH负载Lewis酸催化剂可高效催化Knoevenagel缩合反应合成一系列巴比妥酸衍生物,反应条件温和,操作简便,产率较高,具有一定的工业化应用前景。As a novel green,efficient and environmentally friendly loaded catalyst,the hydrotalcite(LDH)-loaded Lewis acid catalyst greatly improves reaction rate,shortens reaction time and reduces work-up steps of Knoevenagel condensation reaction.LDH is a class of anionic host-guest lamellar compounds with natural lamellar structure,which has the characteristics of acid-base and ion-exchangeability on the lamellae,and it can be loaded with different Lewis acids to prepare loaded catalysts to catalyze the Knoevenagel condensation reaction.The experimental results showed that with LDH/AlCl_(3) as catalyst,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,and benzaldehyde and barbituric acid in the ratio of 1:1,the synthesis of 5-benzylidenebarbituric acid was achieved in a yield of up to 98.3%within 30 min at 75℃.Thecatalystsfor theLDH-loaded Lewisacid catalyzed the condensation reaction of Knoevenagel in a highly efficient way.A series of barbituric acid derivatives were synthesized using the developed method.The protocol feature mild reaction conditions,simple operation,high yield,environmental friendliness,as well as prospects for industrialization.
