摘  要:为了探究不同干燥方法对土贝母药材外观性状及内在质量的影响,为土贝母干燥方法的优化提供一定的理论基础。本试验采用自然晒干、热风干燥、冷冻干燥三种方法对新鲜土贝母样品进行干燥;对干燥后样品的形状大小、颜色、质地、气味进行观察并记录;测定折干率和出膏率;并用分光光度法测定土贝母皂苷甲的含量。结果表明:三种不同干燥方法处理的土贝母样品,外观性状及内在质量均存在显著差异。冷冻干燥处理的土贝母样品外观性状与自然干燥和热风干燥差异较大;冷冻干燥方法处理的样品中土贝母皂苷甲含量显著高于其他两种干燥方法,含量达3.18%;冷冻干燥方法处理的样品折干率显著高于其他两种干燥方法,折干率达54.53%;热风干燥方法处理的样品出膏率显著高于其他两种干燥方法,出膏率达36.79%。结论:折干率和土贝母皂苷甲含量:冷冻干燥>热风干燥>自然晒干,出膏率:热风干燥>冷冻干燥>自然晒干。本试验为土贝母干燥方法提供一定的依据。The effects of different drying methods on the appearance traits and intrinsic quality of Fritllary medicinal materials were explored,which provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of the drying method of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma.In this test,three methods were used to dry fresh Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma samples by natural sun drying,hot air drying and freeze drying.Observe and record the shape,size,color,texture and odor of the dried sample;Determination of folding and paste yield;The content of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma-of-pearl TBMS I was determined spectrophotometrically.The results showed that there were significant differences in the appearance traits and intrinsic quality of the Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma samples treated by the three different drying methods.The appearance traits of freeze-dried Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma samples were quite different from those of natural drying and hot air drying.The content of Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma TBMS I in the samples treated by freeze-drying method was significantly higher than that of the other two drying methods,with a content of 3.18%.The refractive drying rate of the samples treated by the freeze-drying method was significantly higher than that of the other two drying methods,and the refractive drying rate reached 54.53%.The paste yield of the samples treated by the hot air drying method was significantly higher than that of the other two drying methods,and the paste yield rate reached 36.79%.Conclusion:Folding and drying rate and Bolbostemmatis Rhizoma TBMS I content:freeze drying>hot air drying>natural sun drying,paste yield:hot air drying>freeze drying>natural sun drying.This test provides a certain basis for the drying method of soil fritillary.
