摘  要:为保障人民合法权益和生命健康,食药安全、临床诊断等各领域的检测手段必不可少。高分辨率熔解曲线技术是一种基于序列中单核苷酸熔解温度不同而形成不同形态熔解曲线的基因分析技术。该技术具有灵敏度高、成本低、通量高、速度快、结果准确等优点,被广泛应用于药材、食品及微生物鉴定等相关领域。对高分辨率熔解曲线技术定量检测鉴定相关应用进行梳理和综述,以期进一步规范和推动该技术的发展,拓宽其应用范围。In order to protect the legitimate rights and health of the people,testing methods in various fields such as food and drug safety and clinical diagnosis are essential.High resolution melting technique is a gene analysis technology that forms different forms of melting curves based on the different melting temperatures of single nucleotides in a sequence.This technology has the advantages of high sensitivity,low cost,high flux,fast speed,and accurate results,and is widely used in related fields such as medicinal materials,food,and microbial identification.This article reviews and summarizes the application of high-resolution melting curve technology for quantitative detection and identification.This article aims to further standardize and promote the development of this technology,and expand its application scope.
