摘  要:透明质酸(HA)具备良好的保湿性、黏弹性和独特的生物相容性、可降解性,已被广泛应用于临床医学、生物制药以及化妆品等领域,发展前景可观。本综述介绍了透明质酸的水合、靶向及与角质层相互作用的功能,并对透明质酸在局部/透皮给药领域作为有效载体的潜在应用做出了进一步阐述,以期对化妆品透皮递送技术的未来发展提供参考依据。Hyaluronic acid(HA)has been played a important role in the fields of cosmetics,clinical medicine and biomaterials for its excellent moisture retention and viscoelasticity,as well as its unique biocompatibility and degradability,which has a good prospect for development.This review describes the functions of HA in skin hydration,targeting and interaction with the stratum corneum,and provides further elaboration on the potential application of HA as an effective carrier in the field of topical/transdermal drug delivery,with a view to providing a reference basis for the future development of transdermal delivery technology for cosmetics.
