摘　　要：藏荆芥作为民族特色明显、应用历史悠久的西藏地区独有药材,含萜类、酯类、酮类等多种成分,传统应用于癫痫抽搐、神昏惊厥等症,现代研究表明其具有抗炎、镇痛、心脑血管保护、肾保护等广泛药理活性,开发潜力显著。然而,目前藏荆芥的研究开发受限于地理位置、药材资源等多种因素。本文查阅、分析并归纳藏荆芥相关文献和专著,对藏荆芥的药材资源、化学成分、药理活性及质量控制等相关研究进行总结和综述,并对后续研究方向进行展望,旨在为藏荆芥的进一步研究开发提供参考,积极促进民族医药发展。As a unique Tibetan medicinal herb with distinctive ethnic characteristics and long-history utility,Nepeta angustifolia C.Y.Wu contains serious of components,for instance,terpenoids,esters and ketones,etc.It has been traditionally used in treating epileptic convulsions,fainting and convulsions,etc.Studies have suggested that the herb possesses a variety of pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,abirritation,cardio-cerebral vascular protection and nephroprotection,etc.,which showed significant potential for development.However,to date,research and development of Nepeta angustifolia C.Y.Wu are limited as a consequence of various factors like geographic location and medicinal resources.In this paper,articles and monographs about Nepeta angustifolia C.Y.Wu have been reviewed,analyzed and summarized.Studies on herbal resources,chemical compositions,pharmacological activities and quality control of Nepeta angustifolia C.Y.Wu have been reviewed.Also,with the aim of providing references for further research and development of Nepeta angustifolia C.Y.Wu,this paper presented foresight about the direction of the subsequent research,which actively promoting the development of ethnomedicine.
