摘  要:国外某油田用于输送水源井水的玻璃钢管道频繁失效泄漏,对油田的正常生产造成严重影响。通过对玻璃钢管道施工安装质量、管道制造质量、水源井运行工况及流体介质组成等因素逐项分析,推断玻璃钢失效的主要原因是水源井水中含有的酸性物质对玻璃钢管材的环氧树脂具有腐蚀作用、井水的伴生气所含CO_(2)对玻璃钢发生化学及物理腐蚀造成的,同时,井水实际温度高于设计温度加速了玻璃钢的老化失效。结合以上原因,建议的解决措施为根据最新分析化验的水源井水的组分及运行参数,优化玻璃钢的原材料类型,开发出耐高温、耐酸及耐CO_(2)腐蚀的新型玻璃钢管道。The frequent leakage of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP)pipeline,which is used for transferring source well water in a foreign oilfield,has seriously affected the normal production.The main factors such as the construction quality,production and manufacturing quality,the operation condition of the water source well and the composition of the fluid medium were analyzed.It is concluded that the main reason for the failure of the FRP is that the acidic substances contained in the source water corrode the epoxy resin of the FRP pipe,and the CO_(2) contained in the associated gas in the source water also causes corrosion of the FRP.Meanwhile,the actual temperature of source water is higher than the design temperature,which accelerates the aging failure of FRP.In combination with the above reasons,the proposed solution is to optimize the raw material of FRP according to the composition and operating parameters of the source water well and the latest analysis of source water,and develop a new type of FRP pipeline that is resistant to high temperature,acid and CO_(2) corrosion.
