摘　　要：某石化公司160万t/a溶剂脱沥青装置(以下简称溶脱装置),采用石科院“减压渣油正丁烷溶剂两段脱沥青”技术路线,以2#常减压渣油为原料,生产重脱油、轻脱油和沥青调和组分产品。该装置于2023.3月份开工投产。在设计审查阶段提出轻脱油外送系统和塔顶溶剂回收系统上增加蒸汽发生器,回收大量低温余热,利用余热生产0.35 MPa蒸汽,从而降低溶脱装置能耗。所产蒸汽原设计回用至1#、2#常减压装置,但回用后产生系列问题,后通过技术改造回用至储运系统取得了较好的伴热效果,同时保证了溶脱装置的平稳操作和大量低温余热的回收。A 1.6 million V/a solvent deasphalting unit(hereinafter referred to as the dissolution unit)of a certain petrochemical company adopts the"two-stage deasphalting of vacuum residue n-butane solvent"technology route of the Chinese Academy of Petroleum Sciences.It uses 2#atmospheric and vacuum residue as raw material to produce heavy deoiling,light deoiling,and asphalt blending component products.The device will start production in March 2023.In the design review stage,it is proposed to add steam generators to the light oil extraction system and tower top solvent recovery system to recover a large amount of low-temperature waste heat and use the waste heat to produce 0.35 MPa steam,thereby reducing the energy consumption of the solvent extraction device.The steam produced was originally designed to be reused in the 1#and 2#atmospheric and vacuum distillation units,but a series of problems arose after reuse.Later,through technical transformation,it was reused in the storage and transportation system and achieved good heat tracing effect,while ensuring the smooth operation of the dissolution and separation unit and the recovery of a large amount of low-temperature waste heat.
