摘  要:根据现有的前端高炉煤气水解脱硫工艺中存在水解使用寿命低的问题,提出了在高炉煤气布袋除尘前进行脱酸处理。介绍了两种脱酸处理工艺:1)5%的氢氧化钠溶液经泵加压后通过喷枪喷射在布袋除尘前管道;2)液态有机胺溶液在汽化装置进行汽化,汽化后的气体喷射在布袋除尘前管道,两种脱酸工艺均可以将高炉煤气中的大部分酸性物质进行脱除,酸性脱除率>90%。工业应用表明,脱酸工艺对布袋除尘器出灰未受影响,工艺运行成本低,装置运行稳定,占地面积小,延长了水解催化剂的使用寿命,具有广阔的应用前景。Based on the problem of low hydrolysis service life in the existing front-end blast furnace gas hydrolysis desulfurization process,it is proposed to carry out deacidification treatment before bag dust removal of blast furnace gas.Two types of deacidification treatment processes were introduced:1)5%sodium hydroxide solution was pressurized by a pump and sprayed onto the pipeline before bag dust removal by a spray gun;2)The liquid organic amine solution is vaporized in the vaporization device,and the vaporized gas is sprayed into the pipeline before the bag dust removal.Both deacidification processes can remove most of the acidic substances in the blast furnace gas,with an acid removal rate of over 90%.Industrial applications have shown that the deacidification process does not affect the ash discharge of the bag filter,has low operating costs,stable device operation,small footprint,and extends the service life of the hydrolysis catalyst,with broad application prospects.
