摘  要:为了降低纸张生产成本,同时改善其印刷适用性,在轻型纸的生产过程中通常将无机非金属矿物粉体作为填料加入纸张生产配方。本研究选用不同品质轻钙、与超细重钙复配成复合碳酸钙,分别以轻钙、重钙和复合碳酸钙为填料,加填在轻型纸中,并对比不同类型碳酸钙粉体的添加对轻型纸张性能的影响。结果表明:选用pH值小于10的轻钙与重钙按4∶1质量比例复配而成的复合碳酸钙为填料,在纸张中添加质量分数为20%时,能够获得最佳的纸张性能。相比单一的以重钙、轻钙为填料,复合碳酸钙具有更高的留着率,且复合碳酸钙有利于提高轻型纸的不透明度、纸张的平滑度及抗张强度。In order to improve the printability of paper and reduce production costs,inorganic mineral powder is usually added to the production of lightweight paper as a filler.Light calcium of different quality and superfine heavy calcium were used to prepare composite calcium carbonate,Light calcium/heavy calcium and complex calcium carbonate were used as fillers,Filler is added to lightweight paper,The effects of dfferent types of calcium carbonate on the properties of light paper were compared.The results indicate that the composite light calcium,which is composed of light calcium with PH less than 10 and heavy calcium in 4:1 ratio,has a higher retention rate than the single heavy calcium and light calcium as fillers when the addition amount is 20%,and the composite light calcium is conducive to improving the opacity,smoothness and tensile strength of the light paper.
