摘 要:本研究通过BDD电催化法恒电流模式处理不同盐浓度的苯酚溶液和焦化废水,探讨了盐浓度对TOC去除效率和能耗的影响。在处理电导率14 120~45 900μS/cm,质量浓度165 mg/L苯酚溶液实验体系中,TOC去除率可达到60.0%~74.6%,吨水能耗30.7~36.2 kWh/m^(3)。在处理电导率6 809~54 190μS/cm, TOC质量浓度范围36~270 mg/L的焦化废水实验体系中,TOC去除率可达到48.9%~72.2%,吨水能耗59.1~85.2 kWh/m^(3)。实验结果表明,无论是苯酚溶液还是焦化废水,高盐废水中盐浓度的增加均会导致TOC去除率和吨水能耗降低。特别是,盐浓度的增加有助于降低电催化过程的能耗。此外,对于焦化废水,较高的盐浓度和TOC浓度反而使得绝对TOC值去除增加。因此,BDD电催化技术在处理高盐度和高有机物浓度的废水方面显示出较好的应用潜力。This study investigated the influence of salt concentration on the eficiency of TOC removal and energy consumption by treating phenol solutions and coking wastewater of varying salt concentrations using the BDD electrocatalytic method in constant current mode.In the treatment of phenol solutions having electrical conductivities between 14120 and 45900μS/cm and a concentration of 165 mg/L,TOC removal rates reached between 60.0%and 74.6%,with energy consumption ranging from 30.7 to 36.2 kW·h/m^(3).In the treatment of coking wastewater with electrical conductivities between 6809 and 54190μS/cm and T0C concentrations ranging from 36 to 270 mg/L,TOC removal rates achieved were between 48.9%and 72.2%,with energy consumption varying from 59.1 to 85.2 kW·h/m^(3).The results indicated that for both phenol solutions and coking wastewater,an increase in salt concentration within high-salinity wastewater leaded to a decrease in both TOC removal rates and energy consumption per ton of water.Notably,an increase in salt concentration contributed to lower energy consumption in the electrocatalytic process.Moreover,for coking wastewater,higher salt and TOC concentrations resulted in an increase in the absolute TOC removal value.Therefore,the BDD electrocatalytic technology demonstrates promising application potential in treating wastewater with high salinity and high organic content.
