摘　　要：文章介绍了氧化类尾气处理装置的工艺原理和特点,分析了氧化类尾气处理装置在天然气净化行业正常工况、开停产期间,以及异常工况情况下尾气超标原因,提出了硫磺回收装置精准配风、控制尾气处理装置溶液浓度等具体解决措施,并从工艺流程优化、联锁设置、自动化改造等方面提出优化建议,确保氧化类尾气处理装置实现全时段达标。The article introduces the working principle and characteristics of oxidation-type exhaust gas treatment devices.It analyzes the reasons for the exceedance of exhaust gas standards during normal operation,start-up and shutdown periods,and abnormal conditions in the natural gas purification industry when using these devices.The article proposes specific solutions such as precise air distribution for sulfur recovery devices and controlling the concentration of solutions in the exhaust gas treatment devices.Furthermore,it offers optimization suggestions from aspects of process flow optimization,interlock settings,and automation upgrades to ensure that the oxidation-type exhaust gas treatment devices meet the standards at all times.
