燃煤机组SO_(3)生成与控制技术路线分析

摘  要:为系统分析燃煤机组SO_(3)排放特性,通过对58台机组SO_(3)生成和脱除情况进行测试,分析了炉内燃烧SO_(3)生成、脱硝系统SO_(2)/SO_(3)转化情况,以及干式除尘器、湿法脱硫系统和湿式除尘器对SO_(3)的脱除效果,从而获得燃煤机组SO_(3)生成、迁移及控制规律。结果表明:燃煤机组SO_(3)生成主要是由炉膛燃烧生成和脱硝系统SO_(2)转化生成,其中炉内燃烧SO_(3)的生成率约为炉内燃烧产生的SO_(2)总量的1%,脱硝系统SO_(2)/SO_(3)的转化率也约为1%。静电除尘器、电袋除尘器以及湿法脱硫系统对SO_(3)的脱除效果有限,静电除尘器SO_(3)脱除效率为15%~25%,电袋除尘器为20%~40%,湿法脱硫系统为40%~60%;而低低温除尘器和湿式除尘器具备较高的SO_(3)脱除效果,低低温除尘器SO_(3)脱除效率为50%~80%,湿式除尘器为70%~90%。因此通过控制燃煤硫份或脱硝系统SO_(2)/SO_(3)转化率可以有效地控制SO_(3)的生成,采用低低温除尘器和湿式除尘器可以有效降低SO_(3)的排放,通过干式除尘器+湿法脱硫系统+湿式除尘器可将SO_(3)控制在10 mg/m^(3)以下。In order to analyze the SO_(3)emission characteristics of coal-fired units,testing the generation and removal of SO_(3)for the 58 units,analyze the generation of SO_(3)from combustion in the furnace,the conversion of SO_(2)/SO_(3)from denitration system,and the removal effect of SO_(3)for dry dust remover,wet desulfurization system,and wet dust remover,so as to obtain the rule of generation,migration,and removal of SO_(3)in coal-fired units.The results show that the generation of SO_(3)in coal-fired units is mainly composed of the combustion of coal sulfur and the conversion of SO_(2)in the denitration system.The generation rate of SO_(3)during furnace combustion is approximately 1%of the total amount of SO_(2)generated during furnace combustion,and the conversion rate of SO_(2)/SO_(3)in the denitration system is also at 1%.The electrostatic precipitator,electrostatic bag precipitator and wet desulfurization system have limited removal effect on SO_(3).The removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator,electrostatic bag precipitator and wet desulfurization system is 15%~25%,20%~40%and 40%~60%.The low temperature dust remover and wet dust remover have high SO_(3)removal efficiency.The SO_(3)removal efficiency of low temperature dust remover is 50%~80%,and that of wet dust remover is 70%~90%.Therefore,the generation of SO_(3)can be effectively controlled by controlling the sulfur content of coal combustion or the SO_(2)/SO_(3)conversion rate of the catalyst in the denitration system.At the same time,low temperature dust collectors and wet dust collectors can be used to control the emission of SO_(3),and SO_(3)can be controlled below 10mg/m^(3)through the dry dust collectors,wet desulfurization system,and wet dust collectors.
