摘  要:化妆品喷雾的液滴粒径分布不仅影响产品的使用感,还关系到喷雾产品的安全性。为考察喷雾的雾化效果及其影响因素,采用高速动态激光粒度分析仪,研究了喷雾压力、喷嘴直径和表面活性剂类型对喷雾液滴粒径分布和比表面积平均直径(d_(32))的影响规律。结果表明,随喷雾压力的升高,d_(32)逐渐降低;随喷嘴直径的增大,d_(32)逐渐增大;随表面活性剂浓度的增加,d_(32)先减小后增加,在低质量分数时(≤0.10%),PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯产生的喷雾粒径最小。The droplet size distribution of cosmetic spray not only affects the using sense of the product,but also relates to the safety of spray products.In order to study the atomization effect of different cosmetic spray and its influencing factors,the effects of spray pressure,spray nozzle diameter and surfactant type on spray particle size distribution and specific surface mean diameter(d_(32))were investigated in detail by using a high-speed dynamic laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that with the increase of spray pressure,d_(32) decreases gradually.With the increase of spray nozzle diameter,d_(32) increased gradually.With the increase of surfactant concentration,d_(32) decreased and then increased.At low surfactant concentrations(mass fraction≤0.10%),the d_(32) of PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate solution was smallest.
