乡村体育赛事旅游应对“三农”问题研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、参与式观察法等,以贵州“村BA”和贵州“村超”为例,对乡村体育赛事旅游应对“三农”问题的逻辑理路、价值意蕴与实践路向进行探讨。乡村体育赛事旅游应对“三农”问题的逻辑理路为主体地位:乡村体育赛事旅游的农民参与;基础环境:乡村体育赛事旅游的农村承载;服务供给:乡村体育赛事旅游的农业支持。价值意蕴为促进农民物质文明与精神文明双向提高,促进农村人文环境与生态环境双重优化,促进农副产品与农业旅游双边发展。实践路向为优化赛事管理机制,加大政策扶持力度;扩大赛事引流效应,推动电商兴农兴村;融合地方多样特色,文化点亮乡风文明;资源整合优化配置,促进产业融合发展。This paper employs a variety of analytical techniques,including the literature method,logical analysis method,and participatory observation method,to examine the potential of rural sports event tourism to address the challenges posed by the“three rural”issues.The case studies of Guizhou“Village BA”and Guizhou“Village Premier League”are used to illustrate the logical reasoning,value implications,and practical directions of rural sports event tourism.The logic of rural sports event tourism in response to the“three rural”issues is as follows:the main position is that farmers should be encouraged to participate in rural sports event tourism;the basic environment is that rural areas should be able to host rural sports event tourism;and the service supply is that agricultural support should be provided for rural sports event tourism.It is anticipated that the advancement of rural sports event tourism will facilitate the enhancement of farmers' material and spiritual well-being,optimize the humanistic and ecological environments in rural communities,and stimulate the development of agricultural and sideline products,as well as agro-tourism initiatives.In order to achieve the aforementioned objectives,it is recommended that the tournament management mechanism be optimized and that policy support be increased.It would also be beneficial to expand the tournament's attraction effect and to promote e-commerce in order to revitalize agriculture and villages.In addition,it would be advantageous to integrate local diverse characteristics and culture,with the objective of enhancing the civilization of the countryside.Finally,it would be advisable to integrate and optimize the allocation of resources in order to promote the integrated development of industries.
