摘 要:为了研究近距离煤层群开采形成的煤柱群合理错距问题,以山西甘庄煤矿8~#和11~#煤层为研究背景,采用理论计算的方法,构建了煤柱群合理错距的力学计算模型,利用数值模拟研究了区段煤柱的应力扰动特征和合理错距长度,并通过现场应用验证了研究的科学合理性。研究表明,煤柱群应力扰动范围可分为3个区,分别为应力集中区、应力扰动区、应力叠加区,应力分布范围受煤柱应力传递角、层间距和上煤柱留设宽度影响,且与层间距成线性关系,与煤柱应力传递角成三角函数关系,层间距对煤柱合理错距长度的影响最大。由数值模拟和理论计算得到,区段煤柱的合理错距长度为40 m,同时采用YHY30本安型钻孔应力计对现场展开监测,监测数据与理论分析结果接近,验证了研究的准确性。In order to study reasonable stagger distance of coal pillar group in mining of contiguous seams,taking 8#and 11#coal seams of Ganzhuang Coal Mine in Shanxi as the research background,the mechanical calculation model of reasonable stagger distance of coal pillar group was constructed with theoretical calculation.The reasonable stagger distance of district coal pillar was studied using numerical simulation,and the scientific rationality of the research was verified by field application.The research shows that the stress disturbance area of the coal pllar group can be divided into three areas:stress concentration area,stress disturbance area and stress superposition area.The stress distribution range is affected by the stress transfer angle of the coal pillar,the interlayer spacing and the width of the upper coal pillar,and has a linear relationship with and a trigonometric function relationship with the stress transfer angle of the coal pillar.The interlayer spacing has the greatest influence on the SL value.According to the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the reasonable staggered distance of district coal pillar should be greater than 40 m.The YHY30 intrinsically safe borehole stress meter was used to monitor the field application.The monitoring data was similar to the theoretical analysis results,which verified the accuracy of this study.
