摘 要:起泡剂汽化成泡法可以解决传统起泡剂添加方式存在的无选择性吸附等弊端,利用高速运动采集系统分析了仲辛醇、甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)和空气分别在不同汽化温度下成泡的热/动力学特征。研究表明,随汽化温度升高,气泡宽纵比逐渐增大,气泡的体积逐渐减小,不同药剂汽化成泡体积由大到小为空气>仲辛醇>MIBC,气泡表面张力和附加压力随汽化温度升高而降低是气泡宽纵比和体积变化的主因。气泡上浮末速随汽化温度升高而减小,且到达稳定末速的时间缩短。气泡动能随温度升高而降低,相同汽化温度下,仲辛醇汽化成泡的动能大于MIBC,气泡的表面能、动能与势能之和随汽化温度升高而减小。Some disadvantages of the traditional frother addition mode,such as non-selective adsorption,can be solved through a novel method that adsorbing frother vapor at the bubble surface from bubble inside.In this study,the thermal/kinetic bubble characteristics with vaporized Sec-octyl alcohol,methyl isobutyl carbinol(MIBC),and air at dfferent temperatures were analyzed using a high-speed motion capture system.The results show that with the increase of vaporization temperature,the bubble aspect ratio gradually increases while the bubble volume decreases.The bubble volume follows the order of MIBC<sec-octyl alcohol<air.The decrease in bubble surface tension and additional pressure with increasing vaporization temperature is the main factor causing the changes in bubble aspect ratio and volume.As the vaporization temperature increases,the terminal velocity of upward bubble decreases and the time of reaching the stable terminal velocity is shortened.The bubble kinetic energy decreases with increasing temperature.At the same vaporization temperature,the bubble kinetic energy of sec-octyl alcohol is greater than that of MIBC.The sum of surface energy,kinetic energy,and potential energy of the bubble decreases with increasing the vaporization temperature.
