自我导向学习理论视域下医学生体育锻炼能力发展困境与优化路径研究

摘  要:在“健康中国”和“体医融合”新的时代背景下,医学生体育锻炼能力的发展与培养应该成为医学院校人才培养体系的重要内容。但目前医学生体育锻炼能力发展面临教学观念和教学模式落后、优质教学资源匮乏、引导监督不足和评价标准短缺等现实困境,阻碍医学生体育锻炼能力发展。从自我导向学习理论的视角出发,分析医学生体育锻炼能力发展困境,提出转变学习观念和教学模式,确立医学生体育锻炼能力自我导向学习目标;增加优质教学资源,助力医学生体育锻炼能力自我导向学习实现;加强引导监督和科学评价,保证医学生体育锻炼能力自我导向学习质量的医学生体育锻炼能力发展的优化路径。In the new era of“Healthy China”and“integration of sports and medicine,”the development and cultivation of medical students′physical exercise abilities should become an important part of the talent training system in medical colleges.However,the current development of medical students′physical exercise abilities faces real challenges such as outdated teaching concepts and models,a lack of high-quality teaching resources,insufficient guidance and supervision,and a shortage of evaluation standards,which hinder the development of medical students′physical exercise abilities.From the perspective of self-directed learning theory,this paper analyzes the dilemmas in the development of medical students′physical exercise abilities:transforming learning concepts and teaching models to establish self-directed learning goals for medical students′physical exercise abilities;enhancing high-quality teaching resources to support the realization of self-directed learning;and strengthening guidance,supervision,and scientific evaluation to ensure the quality of self-directed learning in the development of medical students′physical exercise abilities.
