新时代中医药图书编辑人才分类培养路径探讨

摘　　要：高水平中医药学术图书的出版是中医药事业发展的重要支撑。如何能培养出符合新时代中医药图书出版需求的编辑人才,是中医药精品图书出版的基础。将编辑分成3类,即初级编辑、骨干编辑、领军编辑,根据这3类编辑的特点,围绕编辑应具备的基本素质的养成,人才培养中的焦点问题,如年轻编辑的成长、编辑人才流失、人才潜能挖掘、顶尖人才培养等问题,提出采取有针对性的培养方式,以达到最佳的人才培养效果。The publication of high-level academic books on traditional Chinese medicine is an important support for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.Cultivating editorial talents that meet the needs of traditional Chinese medicine book publishing in the new era is foundamental to the production of highquality Chinese medicine books.This paper categorizes editors into three levels,junior editors,core editors,and leading editors.Based on the characteristics of these three types of editors,the paper focuses on the cultivation of basic qualities that editors should possess,key issues in talent cultivation such as the growth of young editors,the loss of editorial talents,the exploration of talent potential,and the cultivation of top talents.It systematically elaborates on how to adopt targeted training methods to achieve optimal talent cultivation results.
