摘 要:目的验证优质提问教学法在中医思维实训课程中的可行性和有效性。方法建立中医思维实训优质提问法提问卡及课程流程。2022年1—12月在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院中医内科进行本科阶段临床实习的医学生42名,将其随机分为2组,试验组(22人)和对照组(20人)。试验组采用优质提问教学法进行中医思维实训,对照组采用传统方法进行中医思维实训。以问卷形式评估首次和总体课程完成后学生反馈情况。结果总体课程完成后,两组学生满意度、活跃思维时间、教学效果均有所提升(P<0.05),且试验组活跃思维时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质提问教学法可提升学生中医思维实训课程中活跃思维时间,且具有实践可行性。Objective To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of high-quality questioning teaching method in traditional Chinese medicine thinking training courses.Method Establish a high-quality questioning cards and course process for traditional Chinese medicine thinking training.A total of 42 undergraduate students undergoing clinical internships in the department of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into two groups:the experimental group(22 people)and the control group(20 people).The experimental group received high-quality questioning method teaching for traditional Chinese medicine thinking training,while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine thinking training.Use a questionnaire to evaluate student feedback after the first and overall course completion.Result According to feedback,after the overall course was completed,the satisfaction,active thinking duration,and teaching effectiveness of both groups of students were improved(P<0.05),and the active thinking time of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality questioning teaching method can enhance students′active thinking duration in traditional Chinese medicine thinking training courses,and has practical feasibility.
