天王补心丸联合温胆汤治疗血液透析顽固性失眠的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨血液透析顽固性失眠患者采用天王补心丸联合温胆汤治疗的效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2023年12月在宁县第二人民医院接受治疗的82例血液透析顽固性失眠患者作为研究对象。所有患者按照治疗方案的不同分为联合用药组51例和对照组31例。联合用药组给予天王补心丸联合温胆汤治疗,对照组给予天王补心丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗期间的不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后睡眠质量、负性情绪及生存质量。结果 联合用药组患者的治疗总有效率为86.27%,高于对照组的61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者睡眠质量、负性情绪及生存质量评分均优于治疗前,且联合用药组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论 血液透析顽固性失眠患者采用天王补心丸联合温胆汤治疗安全有效,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量和负性情绪,提高生存质量,值得推广使用。Objective To exploring the therapeutic effect of Tianwang Buxin Pill combined with Wendan Decoction on refractory insomnia patients undergoing hemodialysis.MethodsA total of 82 patients with refractory insomnia on hemodialysis who received treatment at the Second People's Hospital of Ningxian County from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into a combination therapy group of 51 cases and a control group of 31 cases according to different treatment plans.The combination therapy group was treated with Tianwang Buxin Pill combined with Wendan Decoction,while the control group was treated with Tianwang Buxin Pill.Compare the treatment effects,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,as well as sleep quality,negative emotions,and quality of life before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination therapy group was 86.27%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 61.29%(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality,negative emotions,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were significantly better than before treatment,and the combination therapy group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of patients did not experience serious adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion The combination of Tianwang Buxin Pill and Wendan Decoction is safe and effective in treating refractory insomnia patients undergoing hemodialysis.It can effectively improve the patient's sleep quality and negative emotions,enhance their quality of life,and is worthy of promotion and use.
