摘　　要：针对现行国家标准《石油化工企业设计防火标准》条文说明中硝酸装置火灾危险性类别整体划分为乙类,分类方式相对简单笼统的问题,提出硝酸装置布置优化建议,并根据装置内各工艺单元处理、储存或输送介质的火灾危险性和工艺特点,将硝酸装置的火灾危险性按照工艺单元细化分类。Given that nitric acid plantsare simply and generally classified as Category B in terms of fire hazard in the current Standard for Design Fire Protection of Petrochemical Enterprises, the paper proposes to optimize the layout of nitric acid plants, and classify the fire hazards of process unitsin nitric acid plants in details in accordance with the respective medium handled, stored or delivered by each process unit and their processcharacteristics.
