光催化臭氧处理电镀综合废水工艺研究

摘  要:针对电镀综合废水的处理复杂的特点,采用紫外(UV)光催化臭氧法处理电镀综合废水并对其工艺进行探索研究。对比了臭氧法和UV光催化臭氧法的重铬酸盐指数(CODCr)去除效果,考察了UV光催化臭氧法处理电镀综合废水的影响因素。结果表明,UV光催化臭氧法处理效果优于臭氧法,当反应时间为0.8 h、臭氧质量浓度为35~43 g/m^(3)、废水pH为7~8时,采用UV光催化臭氧法处理的电镀综合废水可达到本地区废水排放标准。In response to the complex characteristics of electroplating comprehensive wastewater treatment,the ultraviolet(UV)photocatalytic ozone method is adopted to treat electroplating comprehensive wastewater and its process is explored and studied.The removal efficiency of dichromate index(CODCr)by ozone method and UV photocatalytic ozone method was compared,and the influencing factors of UV photocatalytic ozone method for treating comprehensive electroplating wastewater were investigated.The results show that the treatment effect of UV photocatalytic ozone method is better than that of ozone method.When the reaction time is 0.8 hours,the ozone mass concentration is 35~43 g/m^(3),and the pH of the wastewater is 7~8,the electroplating comprehensive wastewater treated by UV photocatalytic ozone method can meet the local wastewater discharge standards.
