摘 要:以浙江巨化股份有限公司电化厂聚偏二氯乙烯生产技改项目为例,介绍了智能中置柜电动接地开关的防误闭锁装置及其解锁方法,分析了检修作业中发生误操作的原因,认为防误闭锁装置的控制原理和机械结构存在不足,采用优化电气联锁和机械联锁的方法,提高了中置柜电动接地开关防误闭锁装置的可靠性和安全性,以及中置柜电动接地开关检修的合理性,解决了检修作业中误操作的问题,为今后此类检修工作提供参考。Taking the production technology renovation project of polyvinylidene chloride in the electrification plant of Zhejiang Juhua Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces the anti misoperation locking device and its unlocking method of the intelligent central cabinet electric grounding switch.The reasons for misoperation during maintenance operations are analyzed,and it is believed that the control principle and mechanical structure of the anti misoperation locking device are insufficient.By optimizing the electrical and mechanical interlocking methods,the reliability and safety of the anti misoperation locking device of the central cabinet electric grounding switch are improved,as well as the rationality of the maintenance of the central cabinet electric grounding switch.The problem of misoperation during maintenance operations is solved,providing reference for future such maintenance work.
