摘 要:为了探究加料器携带段旋流气力输送过程中的出现的下料管堵塞问题,在工程生产实验验证的基础上,采用CFD-DEM(计算流体力学与离散单元法)耦合的数值模拟方法对加料器携带段出料口的质量流量、速率均匀性及管道内物料的流动特性进行研究,总结出高灵敏度参数起旋侧吹孔的高度H、角度α、过渡段的内凹度β对质量流量及速率均匀性2个评价指标影响规律,对优化目标进行多因素耦合分析,推出优化目标的理论模型,并依据回归方程求解出最优的参数组合,解决工程中变管径旋流气力输送中物料堆积堵塞问题,此研究同时也为变管径旋流气力输送相关设备的改进提供指导意义。In order to explore the problem of blanking pipe blockage in the process of cyclone pneumatic conveying in the carrying section of the feeder,based on the verification of engineering production experiments,the numerical simulation method of CFD-DEM(computational fluid dynamics and discrete elements)coupling was used to study the mass flow rate,rate uniformity and flow characteristics of the material in the pipeline.The influence of the height H,angleαand the concave degreeβof the transition section of the high sensitivity parameters on the two evaluation indexes of mass flow rate and rate uniformity was summarized.The multi-factor coupling analysis of the optimization target was carried out,and the theoretical model of the optimization target was introduced.The optimal parameter combination is solved according to the regression equation,which solves the problem of material accumulation and blockage in the variable diameter swirl pneumatic conveying in the project.This study also provides guidance for the improvement of the related equipment of the variable diameter swirl pneumatic conveying.
