摘　　要：为解决多通道装备的测试问题,本文介绍了一种多通道测试系统的设计方法,通过采用矢量网络分析仪及开关矩阵组合,利用软件控制测试系统并设计误差模型,快速完成了多通道装备的参数测试,提高了测试精度及测试效率。In order to solve the test problem of multi-channel equipment,this paper introduces a design method of multi-channel test system.Through the combination of vector network analyzer and switch matrix,the test system is controlled by software and the error model is designed,the parameter test of multi-channel equipment is quickly completed,and the test accuracy and test efficiency are improved.
