摘　　要：本文利用测长机及“T型”测球,对渐开线花键环规棒间距的检测方法进行研究。通过分析“T型”测球与其间距之间的几何关系,推导非理论最佳直径测球测量的棒间距与理论最佳棒径对应棒间距的换算关系,并结合实例,对该环规棒间距的测量与判定进行验证。In this paper,the measuring method of involute spline ring gauge rod spacing is studied by means of length measuring machine and T-shaped measuring ball.By analyzing the geometric relationship between the"T-shaped"measuring ball and its spacing,the conversion relationship between the rod spacing measured by the non-theoretical optimal diameter measuring ball and the corresponding rod spacing of the theoretical optimal diameter is derived.
