摘　　要：本文对压力蒸汽灭菌设备的灭菌效果验证方法及灭菌物理指标参数的判断标准进行介绍,并对25台压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌温度、时间和压力参数进行监测,验证了物理监测的重要性,为实际监测的必要性提供了依据。In this paper,the verification method of sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilization equipment and the criteria for judging the parameters of sterilization physical indicators are introduced,and the sterilization temperature,time and pressure parameters of 25 pressure steam sterilizers are monitored,which verifies the importance of physical monitoring and provides a basis for the necessity of practical monitoring.
