摘　　要：城市更新是推动城市高质量发展的必然之路,而市场化融资是城市更新项目落地的关键步骤。从城市更新项目特点、市场化融资难点与市场化融资模式3个方面对城市更新项目市场化融资进行论述,并总结适合当前背景的市场化融资模式,以期为城市更新项目获得市场化融资提供参考。Urban renewal is an inevitable path to promote high-quality urban development,and market-oriented financing is a key step in the implementation of urban renewal projects.The paper discusses the market-oriented financing of urban renewal projects in terms of the characteristics of urban renewal projects,the difficulties in the market-oriented financing,and the mode of market-oriented financing,and summarizes the market-oriented financing mode suitable for the current background,hoping to provide reference for urban renewal projects to obtain market-oriented financing.
