摘　　要：随着制药强国战略和医药转型升级的逐步推进,知识产权保护在医药创新经济中越来越重要,受到政府、高校、医药行业的重视。针对药学类相关专业知识产权教育的缺失现状,本文根据知识产权保护的特点,提出在课堂教学中融合知识产权理念,借助具体的知识产权案例和纠纷,加强学生知识产权保护意识的培养。同时通过课外的科学研究、校企合作和毕业论文等实践活动,让学生切身参与知识产权保护实践,理论与实践相结合,系统性地完成知识产权保护意识的教育。With the gradual advancement of the strategy to build a pharmaceutical power and the transformation and upgrading of the medical industry,intellectual property protection is becoming increasingly important in the innovative economy of medicine,receiving attention from the government,universities,and the pharmaceutical industry.Addressing the lack of intellectual property education in pharmaceutical-related majors,this paper proposes integrating intellectual property concepts into classroom teaching and enhancing students'awareness of intellectual property protection through specific intellectual property cases and disputes.Simultaneously,through extracurricular scientific research,university-enterprise cooperation,and graduation thesis activities,students are actively involved in intellectual property protection practices,combining theory with practice to systematically cultivate awareness of intellectual property protection.
