摘 要:为了满足日益严格的废水排放标准要求,提高废水的有效回用率,结晶技术成为高盐工业废水处理项目的保障技术路线之一。介绍了常见结晶技术和结晶器类型,分析了料液浓度、停留时间、搅拌速率、结晶温度、杂质、晶种和结晶设备等结晶过程因素的影响,展望了高盐工业废水结晶技术发展方向,以期为后续高盐工业废水处理及资源化利用提供技术指导。In order to meet the increasingly strict wastewater discharge requirement,and increase the effec-tive reuse rate of wastewater,crystallization technology has become one of preferred technology routes for high salt industrial wastewater treatment projects.The common crystallization technologies and crystallizer types were introduced,and the influence of crystallization process factors such as feed liquid concentration,residence time,stirring rate,crystallization temperature,impurities,crystal seed and crystallization equipment were analyzed.The development direction of crystallization technology for high salt industrial wastewater treatment in the future were prospected,with a view to providing guidance for the subsequent treatment and resource utilization of high salt industrial wastewater.
