摘 要:抗生素生产废水中过高的抗生素浓度会影响生物反应器的处理性能,同时会加速抗生素耐药基因(ARG)的增殖与扩散。利用水解对抗生素生产废水进行预处理,可使废水中目标抗生素的化学键断裂、官能团脱落,水解产物的抗菌活性大大降低,利于后续生物处理。通过改变溶液pH值及环境温度可以加速水解的过程,达到强化水解的效果。在分析不同抗生素水解机理的基础上,总结了近年来热水解和酸、碱水解强化降解不同抗生素的研究进展。Wastewater from antiobitic production contains high concentration of antibiotic,which may affect the treatment performance of bioreactor and accelerate the proliferation and diffusion of antibiotic resistance gene(ARG).Using hydrolysis to pretreat antibiotic production wastewater can break the chemical bond of the antibiotic,make the functional group fall off,decrease the antibacterial activity of the hydrolysis product,which is beneficial to the subsequent biological treatment.Through changing the pH value of the solution and the environment temperature,the hydrolytic process can be accelerated,and then,the enhanced hydrolysis effect is obtained.Based on the analysis of hydrolysis mechanism of different antibiotics,the research progress of enhanced degradation of different antibiotics by pyrohydrolysis,acid hydrolysis and alkaline hydrolysis in recent years were summarized.
