摘 要:为探究不同载体对DMBR处理模拟生活污水的影响,以150目尼龙网、200目尼龙网、活性炭海绵作为动态膜载体,测定了DMBR运行过程中DOC、NH3-N、PO43-等污染物质的变化情况;通过出水浊度和TMP等参数判断动态膜层形成时间;提取了动态膜层中EPS并进行定量分析。结果表明,使用尼龙网和活性炭海绵作载体均可以提高出水效果,DOC和NH3-N平均去除率均大于97%,PO43-去除率大于90%,出水平均浊度降低至1.87 NTU以下;浊度等数据表明尼龙网作载体时动态膜可以在24 h内形成,活性炭海绵作载体时动态膜形成时间小于90 min,表现出更好的截留效果;EPS测定结果表明PS为形成膜污染的主要物质。In order to investigate the influence of different carriers on DMBR treating simulated domestic sewage,150 mesh nylon net,200 mesh nylon net and activated carbon sponge were used as dynamic membrane carriers,and the changes of pollutants such as DOC,NH3-N and PO43-during the process of DMBR operation were measured;The time of formation of the dynamic membrane layer was judged by parameters of effluent water turbidity and TMP,and the EPS in the dynamic membrane layer was extracted and quantified.The results showed that,using nylon net and activated carbon sponge as carrier could improve the effluent water quality,the average removal rates of DOC and NH3-N were both above 97%,the removal rate of PO43-was above 90%;and the average effluent turbidity decreased to below 1.87 NTU.The turbidity and some other data showed that the dynamic membrane could be formed within 24 h when nylon net was used as carrier,and the activated carbon sponge was used as carrier with the formation time of the dynamic membrane less than 90 min,which showed a better retention effect.The results of EPS showed that PS was the main substance caused membrane fouling.
