摘 要:为了高效处理有毒有害的农药废水,研究了包埋好氧颗粒污泥对实际农药废水的处理效果,并对比了包埋好氧颗粒污泥、市政好氧污泥及两者混合体系在实际农药废水活性污泥法处理中的表现。结果表明:在实际农药废水处理中,市政好氧污泥的硝化速率和COD降解速率分别为0.67 mg[N]/(g[SS]·h)和3.54 mg[COD]/(g[SS]·h),两者混合体系的平均硝化速率和COD降解速率分别为5.0 mg[N]/(g[包埋颗粒]·h)和49.05 mg[COD]/(g[包埋颗粒]·h),而包埋好氧颗粒污泥的平均COD降解速率为91.14 mg[COD]/(g[包埋颗粒]·h),并且具有更好的硝化性能,平均硝化速率为18.8 mg[N]/(g[SS]·h)。包埋好氧颗粒污泥对农药废水表现出较强的耐冲击负荷能力,说明了包埋好氧颗粒污泥的投加对提高农药废水氨氮降解效果显著。In order to efficiently treat toxic and harmful pesticide wastewater,the treatment effect of actual pesticide wastewater treatment by embedded aerobic granular sludge was studied,the performance of embedded aerobic granular sludge,municipal aerobic sludge,and mixture of the above two kinds of sludge,on actual pesticide wastewater treatment,was compared.The results showed that,in actual pesticide wastewater treatment,the nitrification rate and COD degradation rate were 0.67 mg[N]/(g[SS]·h)and 3.54 mg[COD]/(g[SS]·h)respectively,the average nitrification rate and COD degradation rate of mixed sludge were 5.0 mg[N]/(g[embedded granule]·h)and 49.05 mg[COD]/(g[embedded granule]·h)respectively.The average COD degradation rate by embedded aerobic granular sludge was 91.14 mg[COD]/(g[embedded granule]·h),which showed that the embedded aerobic granular had better nitrification performance with average nitrification rate of 18.8 mg[N]/(g[SS]·h).The embedded aerobic granular sludge showed strong impact load resistance capacity,indicating that the addition of aerobic granular sludge significantly improved the degradation efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in pesticide wastewater.
