摘 要:采用曝气生物流化池(ABFT)为核心工艺对某化工厂现有废水处理系统出水进行深度处理,使出水满足生产回用水质要求。该回用改造工程设计处理水量为360 m^(3)/d,试运行期间,进水COD质量浓度为52.0~114.0 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为0.3~1.1 mg/L,TN质量浓度为11.3~32.5 mg/L,改造后ABFT生化处理出水COD平均去除率为31.8%,氨氮平均去除率39.3%,TN平均去除率为60.9%,回用水量达到50%以上。水处理直接成本为7.95元/t。回用改造工程实施后,减少了园区外排废水量,为类似化工废水处理改造回用工程提供了参考。In order to make the effluent water quality meet the requirement of production reuse,aeration biological fluidized tank(ABFT)was adopted as core process for advanced treatment of effluent water from wastewater treatment system of a chemical plant.The design treatment water quantity of the said reconstruction project was 360 m^(3)/d,during the trial operation period,the mass concentrations of COD,NH3-N and TN in the influent water were 52.0-114.0,0.3-1.1,and 11.3-32.5 mg/L respectively,through the reconstruction,the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN by ABFT biochemical treatment were 31.8%,39.3%and 60.9%respectively,the reuse water quantity reached above 50%,the direct cost of water treatment was 7.59 yuan/t.The implementation of the reuse and reconstruction project not only reduced the amount of wastewater discharged outside the industrial park,but also provided reference for similar chemical wastewater treatment reuse and reconstruction projects.
