摘 要:针对某煤化工企业的上游中水回用装置所产生的高盐、高COD废水,采用热法分盐结晶工艺,实现了废水零排放与结晶盐资源化利用的目的。介绍了该处理工艺的流程及设计参数,给出了处理效果及运行成本。实际运行结果表明,产水完全符合回用要求,硫酸钠结晶盐平均纯度达99.09%,氯化钠结晶盐平均纯度达98.52%。该装置的连续稳定运行标志着热法分盐技术在煤化工废水处理领域得到了成功应用。Aiming at the high salt and high COD containing wastewater produced by the upstream reclaimed water reuse device of a coal chemical enterprise,thermal salt separation crystallization process was adopted to realize the purpose of zero discharge of wastewater and resource utilization of crystalline salt.The flow and design parameters of the said process were introduced;besides,the treatment effect and operation cost were pointed out.The actual operation results showed that,the produced water fully met the requirement of reuse,the average purity of sodium sulfate crystal salt and sodium chloride crystal salt reached 99.09%and 98.52%respectively.The continuous and stable operation of the said device indicated that,thermal salt separation technology had been successfully applied in the field of coal chemical industrial wastewater treatment.
