摘 要:饲料加工及检测技术是畜牧专业型硕士研究生的学位选修课。为了适应新农科建设对研究生教学的要求,笔者提出并实践基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的课程多样化的教学模式,主要包括精炼理论教学内容,结合线上线下教学,实施针对性的翻转课堂,开展案例教学和项目式教学及引入第二课堂教学等。这些教学改革措施激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的自主学习能力和实践能力,提升了教学效果和教学质量,起到了培养适应新农科背景下的现代农牧专业人才的作用。Feed processing and testing technology is an elective course for master degree candidates majoring in animal husbandry.To meet the requirements of graduate education under the background of the new agricultural construction,the author put forward and practiced the diversified teaching modes based on the concept of OBE(outcome-based education).The reform activities included the refining of the theoretical teaching content,combination of online and offline teaching,implementation of targeted flipped classroom,carrying out of the case teaching and project-based teaching and introduction of second classroom teaching,etc,which proved to be helpful to inspire students’learning interest,cultivate students’independent learning ability and practical ability,improve teaching effect for cultivating modern agricultural and animal husbandry professionals adapting to the development of new agriculture.
